I AM Thankful...🙏🏾

Good Day Saints of the Most High, Brethren and Sisters in Christ... 💙

1 Thessalonians. 5:18 states, “In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of GOD in Christ Jesus concerning you.”

GOD has afforded us the breath of life today, be thankful for it. We need to be thankful to GOD in all circumstances, whether in prosperity or adversity, joy or in sorrow. GOD intends our life to be in constant prayer, joy and thanksgiving, which is inspired by the HOLY SPIRIT. Those that have an attitude of gratitude, love and trust GOD.

There are times when we are so busy, that we don't care to give thanks to GOD. Sometimes we cannot be thankful, because of a negative attitude. A proud heart, makes us feel, that we have achieved everything on our own strength, and that we have no one to thank but ourselves. Another bad attitude, is having a critical spirit, which keeps us from being thankful. Instead of being grateful to GOD, we find something to complain about. People that are proud and critical, can never be thankful to GOD.

"I will praise the name of GOD with a song, and will magnify HIM with thanksgiving." ● Psalms 69: 30. Thank GOD in the midst of your sickness, brokenness and suffering. You will find that healing and victory will come, cause you were grateful to GOD in faith, this pleases GOD. We must give thanks in everything that comes into our lives, because it comes by the will of GOD. GOD'S Will is always good, never bad.

GOD wants people to choose HIM, to live for HIM, and put HIM first. HE died because HIS Will is that no man should perish, but when bad things happen, GOD is able to take it and turn it around for our good. "And we know that all things work together for good to them that love GOD, to them who are the called according to HIS purpose" ● Romans 8:28. Be thankful that GOD'S grace is sufficient to sustain us in every circumstance.

JESUS lived in thankfulness to GOD. HE expressed HIS thanks to GOD publicly, for the benefit of others, so that, they too might learn to be grateful to GOD. “Then they took away the stone from the place where the dead was laid. And JESUS lifted up HIS eyes, and said, FATHER, I thank thee that thou hast heard ME.” ● John 11: 41-42. HE was always thankful to HIS FATHER in everything. Let us be grateful and thankful to GOD always.

The easiest way to get to the heart of GOD and get victory over our circumstances, is to give GOD praise. We may not be thankful for our sicknesses, but we can be thankful for doctors and medicines. We may not be thankful for the persecutions we face, but we can be thankful for GOD'S constant presence with us. We know that HE will use the situation for our benefit.
