"Except the LORD build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the LORD keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain." ● Psalms 127:1

Anything that we do, that is not of God, is in vain. It will bring nothing but the attention we may receive on earth – and that never amounts to anything. When you work on things of God, you are storing up heavenly treasures that will last for life.

Dear God,

I pray that in all I do, it will be for You and to bring You glory.

Lord, I pray that I will not get caught up in the things of this world because I know that they will bring You no glory whatsoever.

In Jesus' name, I pray...
